本アプリ「審判サポ」をご利用いただくことで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのご利用をお控えください。
本アプリは、個人・非商業目的での使用に限り、非独占的・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。本アプリのソースコードの解析・改変・再配布は禁止します。
本アプリは無料でご利用いただけ、その運営費用は広告収入によって賄われています。広告は試合の進行を妨げない箇所（起動時、セット間、試合終了後など）に表示されます。
本アプリでは、以下の課金アイテムを提供しています。
・広告の削除（買い切り）：以降アプリ内に広告が表示されなくなります。
・お気に入り枠の追加（買い切り）：保存したチームをお気に入りに登録できる枠が 5 つ増えます。
・開発者を応援する（投げ銭）：開発の継続を支援していただくための任意のお支払いです。これによって追加される機能はありません。
保存したチームをお気に入りに登録できる枠は、既定で 10 枠です。これに加えて、次の 2 通りの方法で枠を増やせます。それぞれ扱いが異なりますのでご注意ください。
・動画広告の視聴による追加：1 回につき 1 枠、最大 5 枠まで増やせます。この枠はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。そのためアプリを削除すると失われ、機種変更後の端末にも引き継がれません。復元の対象ではありません。
・「お気に入り枠の追加」の購入（買い切り）：5 枠が増えます。こちらは購入時と同じアカウントであれば、設定画面の「購入を復元」から元に戻せます。
両方をご利用いただいた場合、お気に入り枠は最大 20 枠となります。なお、枠の数が減った場合でも、保存済みのチームそのものが削除されることはありません。
代金のお支払いは Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）を通じて行われ、各社の規約が適用されます。開発者は決済を代行しておらず、直接の返金には応じられません。返金をご希望の場合は、購入されたストアの返金手続きをご利用ください。
「広告の削除」と「お気に入り枠の追加」は買い切りのアイテムです。機種変更やアプリの再インストール後も、購入時と同じアカウントであれば設定画面の「購入を復元」から元に戻せます。異なるアカウントへの引き継ぎはできません。
「開発者を応援する」はその都度のお支払いであり、復元の対象ではありません。繰り返しご購入いただくことが可能です。
課金アイテムの価格・内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。また、開発者はアイテムの提供を終了する場合があります。提供終了時点で既にご購入済みのアイテムについては、可能な限り引き続きご利用いただけるようにしますが、ストアやOSの仕様変更などにより維持できない場合があります。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。アプリの使用によって生じたいかなる損害（試合の判定ミス等を含む）についても、開発者は責任を負いません。本アプリはあくまで審判のサポートツールであり、公式ルールの最終判断は利用者ご自身が行ってください。
アプリ内で入力されたデータ（選手名・チーム名・試合記録など）は端末内にのみ保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除などによってこれらのデータが失われた場合、開発者は復旧の責任を負いません。
開発者は予告なく本アプリの機能変更・提供終了を行う場合があります。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後もアプリを継続利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
By using "V-Ref", you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the App is prohibited.
The App is free to use and is funded by advertising revenue. Advertisements are shown at points that do not interrupt play — at launch, between sets, and after a match ends.
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
· Remove Ads (one-time purchase): advertisements are no longer shown in the App.
· Additional Favorite Slots (one-time purchase): adds 5 more slots for marking saved teams as favorites.
· Support the Developer (tip): an optional payment to support continued development. It does not unlock any additional features.
By default you have 10 slots for marking saved teams as favorites. You can add more in two ways. Please note that they are treated differently.
· By watching a rewarded video: 1 slot per view, up to 5 slots. These slots are stored only on your device. They are lost if you delete the App, are not carried over to a new device, and are not eligible for restoration.
· By purchasing "Additional Favorite Slots" (one-time purchase): adds 5 slots. This purchase can be recovered via "Restore Purchases", provided you use the same store account as at the time of purchase.
Using both gives you a maximum of 20 favorite slots. If the number of slots decreases, the saved teams themselves are not deleted.
Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and is subject to their terms. The Developer does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Please use the refund process of the store where you made the purchase.
"Remove Ads" and "Additional Favorite Slots" are one-time purchases. After changing devices or reinstalling the App, you can recover them via "Restore Purchases" in the settings screen, provided you use the same store account as at the time of purchase. Transfers to a different account are not possible.
"Support the Developer" is a one-off payment each time and is not subject to restoration. It may be purchased repeatedly.
The price and content of in-app purchases may change without prior notice, and the Developer may discontinue an item. Where an item you have already purchased is discontinued, the Developer will make reasonable efforts to keep it available to you, but may be unable to do so if store or OS requirements change.
The App is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including refereeing errors during matches. This App is a support tool only — final officiating decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
Data entered in the App (player names, team names, match records, etc.) is stored only on your device. The Developer is not responsible for recovering such data if it is lost through device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.
The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
